Kick boxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Classes are be taught by experienced MMA athletes and FP practitioners, giving our members access to combat sports and self defense training that is also injury prevention training. Our intent is to give our clients a fun, challenging way to test their mechanics while learning valuable skills. These classes are only available to one on one training or group training members.
Class Schedule
Friday 7:30 pm kick boxing
Sunday 4 pm no gi BJJ (advanced, beginner and Gi class coming soon)
Sunday (TBD) Advanced circuit training & BOXING (invite only) (ask to find out more)
